When I was in preschool, my favorite time of day was when I was allowed to sing and clap, a kid couldn’t have even been this happy about food ya know ? So music takes a role early, I lose multiple family members and friends….. over time.. and now here 9 1/2 years later, we’re finally apart from the problem and into solving the issues with generational poverty. LONG BEFORE RAP THERE WAS THIS KID IN THE DIXIELAND HISTORIC DISTRICT THAT WOULD BE RUNNING AROUND FREELY YELLING RECKLESSLY, MUSIC TOUCHED HIS SPIRIT WHEN YOU HEARD THAT FUCKING BOOMBOX BLARING HE WAS HERE AND THEN HEADPHONES BECAME HIS BEST FRIEND. LOSING CARSON KOZICH WAS THE HUGEST MOMENT IN THE YEAR OF OVERDOSING… TIRED AND BROKEN I WAS. BUT RAP SAVED MY BREATHE…. (Yeah I was one of those fucking speaker kids in the hallway with the chain wallet)
